AS EXPLAINED BELOW, THE RULES REQUIRE THAT DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES BE RESOLVED IN ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY CLASS ACTIONS OR JURY TRIALS, AND LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the 2025 WrestleMania Flyaway Sweepstakes presented by Cricket Wireless (“Sweepstakes”) beginning 9:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 21, 2025 through 11:59PM ET on March 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All Interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final. The Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years or older. Employees, officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC (“Sponsor”), World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC. (“WWE”), You Are Here, LLC (“Administrator”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules; (c) represent and warrant that he or she meets all the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules; (d) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (e) agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, injury or damages arising out of or relating to participation in Sweepstakes and/or the use, misuse or redemption of the prizes (described below), and for any claim including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action.

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.cricketsweepstakes.com/wwe (the “Website”) and follow the instructions provided to complete the online entry form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59PM ET on March 30, 2025 in order to enter. If you submit your entry via your wireless phone, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its message and data pricing plans.

All information submitted by entrants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree that they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and agree that Sponsor may collect and use their personal information in compliance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is accessible at https://www.cricketwireless.com/privacy.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day. Entrants may only use one email address to enter the Sweepstakes. A “day” is understood to mean between 12:00am ET and 11:59pm ET. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, as determined within Sponsor’s sole discretion. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized email account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing on or about March 31, 2025 from all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of the total eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Notification: A potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail and will be required to confirm his/her name, address and phone number or email address, as the case may be, within forty-eight (48) hours from when the phone call is made or email is sent, as the case may be. If a potential winner does not confirm his/her contact information as requested within the forty-eight (48) hour time period, then time permitting in Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. If a potential winner cannot be reached directly within forty-eight (48) hours from when the phone call is made or email is sent and/or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the potential winner will be disqualified and, time permitting in Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. The potential winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected for the applicable prize from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Grand Prize (1): the Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2025 WrestleMania event scheduled to take place in Las Vegas, NV on April 19 and 20, 2025. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to a Las Vegas, NV area airport, three (3) nightsstandard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) from April 18, 2025 – 21, 2025 in the Las Vegas, NV area, ground transportation to/from destination airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and WrestleMania event, two (2) tickets to attend the WrestleMania event on April 19 and 20, 2025, and one (1) $500 prepaid gift card. If the Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Las Vegas, NV, then ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value. 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $7,500.00. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. The Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability. The Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be twenty-one (21) years or older and must sign a liability/publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. The potential winner of the Grand Prize must respond promptly to Sponsor’s request regarding travel arrangements in connection with the Grand Prize. Travel must be made through Administrator on a carrier of Administrator’s choice. Tickets and passes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Administrator. The Grand Prize winner and their guest are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documentation requirements (including, but not limited to, valid photo I.D., passport, etc) before departure. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any damage to baggage or any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any element of the Grand Prize or associated with the Grand Prize. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply.The Grand Prize is not valid for upgrades.All tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. All arrangements are subject to change, availability, holiday, blackout dates and other restrictions. Trip arrangements cannot be changed by the Grand Prize winner or their guest. If the Grand Prize winner chooses not to take a guest, then the guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be forfeited if guest fails to comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner and their guest agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations and agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Should the Grand Prize winner or their guest act in contravention of venue rules and regulation or exhibit unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, Sponsor and/or Administrator may, at their sole discretion and without recourse, withhold all elements of the Grand Prize that are yet to be awarded when the act or behavior is exhibited.

Prize Conditions: All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any additional wireless service not expressly provided as part of the prize, and any additional transportation costs, luggage fees, hotel incidentals, meals, souvenirs and gratuities incurred by the Grand Prize winner or guest. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes: $7,500.00. The dates for fulfillment of the prizes are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules.

PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Prizes pictured in online, television, print advertising, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prizes, including all travel arrangements, will be made by Administrator and/or Sponsor.

Taxes: Grand Prize winner must supply Sponsor with a complete and valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the Grand Prize. The value of a prize is taxable to the Grand Prize winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize winner for the actual value of the prize awarded if the aggregate value of the prize awarded to and other compensation received by the winner from Sponsor is $600 or greater for the calendar year. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely each winner’s responsibility.

Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize winner (i) by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval and (ii) grants the right to Sponsor, and its representatives, affiliates, licensees and assigns, to record, film, videotape and photograph the Grand Prize winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, re-use, reproduce, publish, display, exhibit, distribute, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, address, voice, conversation, biographical and prize information and any other attributes of the Grand Prize winner, individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, publicity, promotion, or a Sweepstakes winner list or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. For avoidance of doubt, in all instances WWE shall be a Sponsor designee and/or licensee in connection with the aforementioned rights.

Furthermore, by participating in the Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize winner agrees to procure, on behalf of Sponsor, (i) the full permission and authority for Sponsor to use the name, nickname, signature, photograph, voice, likeness, footage, statements, biography and other identifying attributes of Grand Prize winner’s guest participating in the Grand Prize with winner, in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for trade, advertising, media, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, review, or approval; and (ii) the right to photograph, record, film, tape and interview said guest in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, review, or approval.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If the Grand Prize winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize(s). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or delayed entries, or prize claims; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes event, the cancellation or postponement of any event, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event any event or portion of the prize is unavailable, delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, including, but not limited to, any government restriction, public health threat, or similar circumstance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic or its mutations or emerging variations, such portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Grand Prize winner for any reason Sponsor deems necessary. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in the event that the potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules or fails to execute any documentation requested by Sponsor within the time frame specified.By participating in Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the prizes and that the Grand Prize winner and guest will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any form of insurance relating to the prize that the Grand Prize winner or guest deem appropriate.

Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on the Website and, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize(s) may be awarded to winner(s) to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted applicable eligible entries received prior to any such event.

Notice of Financial Incentive: This sweepstakes may be considered a financial incentive under state privacy laws. For example, you may be entered into the sweepstakes when you provide certain personal information to us, including your contact information and your survey responses. The personal information provided will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Cricket Privacy Notice. By registering for and participating in the survey, you are opting in to potentially receiving the financial incentive. You may opt-out of the financial incentive at any time by cancelling your participation in the Sweepstakes or not providing your personal information. The financial incentive related to submission and use of personal information is based upon our reasonable good faith estimate of the value of such information, which takes into consideration various factors such as anticipated revenue generated, anticipated expenses incurred for the collection, storage, and use of such information, and other relevant factors related to the estimated value of such personal information to our business.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a participant in any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Choice Of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Request For Official Rules and Winner’s Names: All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of the winner (first name and state only) must be made by September 30, 2025. Language: Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may reproduce these Official Rules in multiple languages. The English version of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern the Sweepstakes in all matters whatsoever.

Existe un límite de una (1) participación por persona al día. Los participantes solo pueden usar una dirección de correo electrónico para participar en el sorteo. Por “día”, se entiende el período comprendido entre las 12:00 a.m., ET y las 11:59 p.m., ET. Las participaciones recibidas de cualquier persona o dirección de correo electrónico que excedan el límite anteriormente señalado serán nulas. No puede participar más veces de las indicadas mediante el uso de múltiples direcciones de correo electrónico, identidades o dispositivos en un intento por eludir las Reglas oficiales, según lo determine el Patrocinador a su exclusivo criterio. Si emplea métodos fraudulentos o intenta eludir las Reglas oficiales, el Patrocinador puede eliminar su elegibilidad para participar, a su total discreción. El Patrocinador tiene derecho, a su exclusivo criterio, de mantener la integridad del Sorteo, de anular participaciones por cualquier motivo, incluso, pero sin limitarse a ello, debido al uso de bots, macros o guiones u otros medios técnicos para participar. En caso de que se presente una controversia sobre las participaciones recibidas de múltiples usuarios que tengan la misma cuenta de correo electrónico, el suscriptor autorizado de la cuenta de correo electrónico en el momento de la participación se considerará como el participante y deberá cumplir con estas Reglas oficiales. El suscriptor autorizado de la cuenta de correo electrónico es la persona física a la que el proveedor de servicios de Internet (ISP, por sus siglas en inglés), proveedor de servicios en línea u otra organización responsable de asignar direcciones de correo electrónico le asigna la dirección de correo electrónico. 

Sorteo aleatorio y probabilidades de ganar: El Administrador seleccionará un (1) ganador del Premio mayor en un sorteo aleatorio que tendrá lugar el 31 de marzo de 2025, o próximo a esa fecha, entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas y combinadas durante todo el Período del sorteo. Las probabilidades de ganar un premio dependen del número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas y combinadas durante el Período del sorteo. 

Notificación a los ganadores: Un posible ganador del Sorteo será notificado por teléfono y/o correo electrónico y se le pedirá que confirme su nombre, dirección y número de teléfono o dirección de correo electrónico, según corresponda, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas posteriores a la realización de la llamada telefónica o al envío del correo electrónico, según sea el caso. Si un posible ganador no confirma su información de contacto según lo solicitado dentro del período de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, luego, si el tiempo lo permite, a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador, se puede seleccionar un posible ganador alternativo en un sorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles restantes recibidas. Si no se puede contactar a un posible ganador directamente dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas desde que se realiza la llamada telefónica o se envía un correo electrónico y/o el posible ganador no cumple con los requisitos de elegibilidad, será descalificado y, si el tiempo lo permite, a exclusivo criterio del patrocinador, se puede seleccionar un posible ganador alternativo en un sorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles restantes recibidas. El posible ganador deberá firmar y enviar una declaración jurada de elegibilidad, una exención de responsabilidad y, si lo permite la ley, una autorización para publicidad dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de emisión. Si dichos documentos no se envían dentro del plazo especificado, el premio o la notificación del premio se devuelve debido a que su entrega no ha sido posible, el Patrocinador no puede ponerse en contacto con un posible ganador o un posible ganador no cumple con estas Reglas oficiales, el premio se perderá y, a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador, se podrá seleccionar un posible ganador alternativo para el premio correspondiente entre las participaciones restantes elegibles recibidas durante el Período del sorteo. 

Premio mayor (1): se otorgará el Premio mayor que consiste en un viaje para el ganador del Premio mayor y un (1) invitado para asistir al evento WrestleMania 2025 que está programado para llevarse a cabo en Las Vegas, Nevada, del 19 al 20 de abril de 2025. El viaje consiste en transporte aéreo de ida y vuelta en clase turista desde uno de los principales aeropuertos de Estados Unidos más cercano a la residencia del ganador hasta un aeropuerto del área de Las Vegas, Nevada, tres (3) noches de alojamiento en un hotel estándar (una habitación doble, habitación e impuestos solamente) desde el 18 de abril de 2025 hasta el 21 de abril de 2025 en el área de Las Vegas, Nevada, transporte terrestre desde y hasta el aeropuerto y hotel de destino, transporte terrestre desde y hasta el hotel y el evento WrestleMania, dos (2) boletos para asistir al evento WrestleMania el 19 de abril y el 20 de abril de 2025 y una (1) tarjeta de regalo prepagada de $500. Si el ganador del Premio mayor reside dentro de un radio de 100 millas de Las Vegas, NV, se proveerá transporte terrestre en lugar de transporte aéreo y no se proporcionará compensación o sustitución por ninguna diferencia en el valor del premio.

Valor de venta aproximado (“ARV”, por sus siglas en inglés) del Premio mayor: $7.500,00. El valor real del Premio mayor puede variar según el punto de partida. No se otorgará ninguna diferencia entre el valor declarado y el valor real. El viaje del Premio mayor se debe realizar en las fechas especificadas por el Patrocinador; de lo contrario, el premio se perderá y el Patrocinador no tendrá ninguna otra obligación con dicho ganador. Pueden aplicar restricciones, condiciones y limitaciones de viaje. Los planes de viaje están sujetos a disponibilidad. El ganador del Premio mayor y su invitado deben viajar juntos en el mismo itinerario. El invitado debe ser mayor de veintiún (21) años y debe firmar una exención de responsabilidad y autorización para publicidad dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de emisión. El posible ganador del Premio mayor deberá responder con prontitud a la solicitud del Patrocinador con respecto a los planes de viaje relacionados con el Premio mayor. El viaje debe realizarse a través del Administrador en una empresa de transporte de elección del Administrador. Los boletos y los pases están sujetos a determinados términos y condiciones especificados en los mismos. El Administrador determinará la ubicación de los asientos. El ganador del Premio Mayor y su invitado son los únicos responsables de obtener toda la documentación de viaje necesaria (por ejemplo, identificación válida con fotografía, pasaporte, etc.) antes de la salida. Las Partes exoneradas no serán responsables de ningún daño al equipaje ni de las cancelaciones, retrasos, desvíos o sustituciones ni de ningún acto u omisión por parte de las empresas aéreas, hoteles u otras empresas de transporte o cualquier otra persona que proporcione algún elemento del Premio mayor o que esté asociado con el Premio mayor. Se aplican las regulaciones y condiciones de las empresas aéreas y los hoteles. El Premio mayor no es válido para actualizaciones. Ningún boleto que se emita de forma conjunta con el Premio mayor es elegible para millas de viajero frecuente. Todos los planes están sujetos a cambios, disponibilidad, vacaciones, fechas de prohibición de venta y otras restricciones. Ni el ganador del Premio mayor ni su invitado pueden cambiar los planes de viaje. Si el ganador del Premio mayor decide no ir acompañado de un invitado, entonces los elementos del invitado se perderán y los demás elementos constituirán el pleno cumplimiento del Premio mayor. El Premio mayor se perderá si el invitado no cumple con los términos y condiciones de estas Reglas oficiales. El ganador del Premio mayor y su invitado aceptan cumplir todas las reglas y regulaciones del recinto y no actuar de manera antideportiva ni problemática. Si el ganador del Premio mayor o su invitado actúan en contravención de las reglas y regulaciones del recinto o presentan una conducta antideportiva o perturbadora, el Patrocinador y/o el Administrador podrán, a su criterio y sin recurso, retener todos los elementos del Premio mayor que todavía deban entregarse cuando se presente dicho acto o conducta. 

Condiciones de los premios: Todos los costos y gastos relacionados con la aceptación y el uso de los premios que no se especifican en el presente documento como adjudicados, serán responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador, incluso, pero sin limitarse a ello, todos los impuestos federales, estatales y locales, otros servicios inalámbricos que no se provean expresamente como parte del premio, y cualquier otro gasto de transporte, tarifas por equipaje, imprevistos del hotel, comidas, recuerdos y propinas en que haya incurrido el ganador del Premio mayor o su invitado. Los premios son intransferibles y no se permite el cobro en efectivo o la sustitución de los premios, excepto a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador o según lo dispuesto en este documento. A su exclusivo criterio, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de sustituir cualquier premio por uno de valor similar o mayor. ARV total de todos los premios del Sorteo: $7.500,00. Las fechas para el cumplimiento de la entrega de los premios están sujetas a cambios a discreción del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de modificar el Sorteo a su exclusivo criterio y de entregar un premio sustituto, o una parte del premio, de valor similar o mayor, conforme se establece en estas Reglas oficiales. 

LOS PREMIOS SE ENTREGAN “TAL CUAL”. LOS PARTICIPANTES RECONOCEN QUE LAS PARTES EXONERADAS NO HAN HECHO NI SON DE NINGUNA MANERA RESPONSABLES POR NINGUNA GARANTÍA O DECLARACIÓN, EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, DE HECHO O DE DERECHO, EN RELACIÓN CON LOS PREMIOS Y CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA DE COMERCIABILIDAD O ADECUACIÓN PARA UN PROPÓSITO ESPECÍFICO. Los premios que se muestran en Internet, televisión, publicidad impresa y otros materiales del Sorteo son solo para fines ilustrativos. El Administrador y/o el Patrocinador estarán a cargo del cumplimiento de la entrega de los premios, incluidos todos los planes de viaje. 

Impuestos: El ganador del Premio mayor deberá entregar al Patrocinador un formulario W-9 del IRS completo y válido antes de recibir el Premio mayor. El valor de un premio es imponible al ganador del Premio mayor como renta. Se emitirá un formulario 1099 del IRS en nombre del ganador del Premio mayor por el valor real del premio otorgado si el valor agregado del premio otorgado y otra compensación recibida por el ganador de parte del Patrocinador corresponde a $600 o un valor superior para el año calendario. Todos los impuestos federales, estatales y locales, y cualquier otro costo y gasto asociado con la aceptación y/o el uso del premio no específicamente previsto en estas Reglas oficiales son de responsabilidad exclusiva de cada ganador 

Autorización para publicidad: Al participar en el Sorteo, el ganador del Premio mayor (i) mediante su aceptación de un premio, excepto si la ley lo prohíbe, autoriza al Patrocinador y a sus personas designadas para que utilicen su nombre, dirección (ciudad y estado), fotografía, voz y/o cualquier otra imagen e información del premio con fines publicitarios, comerciales y promocionales sin ninguna otra compensación, en todos los medios ahora conocidos o descubiertos en el futuro, de forma universal y a perpetuidad, sin previo aviso, revisión o aprobación y (ii) otorga el derecho al Patrocinador, y a sus representantes, filiales, licenciatarios y cesionarios, de grabar, filmar, grabar en video y fotografiar al ganador del Premio mayor (“Imágenes”). Estas Imágenes serán propiedad del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador y cada una de sus personas designadas tendrán el derecho de usar, reutilizar, reproducir, publicar, mostrar, exhibir, distribuir, editar, adaptar, postear, transmitir, copiar y explotar dichas Imágenes y todos los elementos incorporados en las mismas, incluidos nombres, imágenes, dirección, voz, conversación, información biográfica y sobre los premios y cualquier otro atributo del ganador del Premio mayor, de forma individual o con otras personas, de forma total o parcial, en conjunto con otro material, si lo hubiera, en todos los medios ahora conocidos o inventados en el futuro, con fines comerciales, publicitarios y promocionales, o una lista de ganadores del Sorteo o cualquier otro fin legal, a perpetuidad y de forma universal, sin ninguna otra compensación, contraprestación, notificación o permiso, excepto cuando esté prohibido por ley. Para evitar dudas, en todos los casos, WWE será un designado del Patrocinador y/o licenciatario en relación con los derechos antes mencionados. 

Además, al participar en el Sorteo, el ganador del Premio mayor se compromete a obtener, en nombre del Patrocinador, (i) permiso y autoridad totales para que el Patrocinador use el nombre, apodo, firma, fotografía, voz, imagen, filmación, declaración, biografía y otros atributos de identificación del invitado del ganador del Premio mayor que participen en el Premio mayor con el ganador, en cualquier medio ahora conocido o inventado en el futuro, de forma universal, a perpetuidad, con fines comerciales, publicitarios, mediáticos y de marketing en relación con el Sorteo, sin ninguna otra compensación, revisión o aprobación; y (ii) el derecho de fotografiar, grabar, filmar, grabar en video y entrevistar a dichos invitados en conexión con el Sorteo sin ninguna otra compensación, revisión o aprobación. 

Otras reglas y restricciones: Al participar en este Sorteo, los participantes acuerdan cumplir y regirse por estas Reglas oficiales y las decisiones del Patrocinador, que serán definitivas y vinculantes en todos los aspectos relacionados con este Sorteo. Si se descubre que el ganador del Premio mayor infringe alguna de las disposiciones de estas Reglas oficiales, tendrá que renunciar al o a los premios. Las Partes exoneradas no son responsables por participaciones perdidas, atrasadas, incompletas, inexactas, robadas, con destino equivocado, no entregadas, confusas, ilegibles o retrasadas, o reclamaciones de premios ni por la falta de disponibilidad de redes, servidores, proveedores de servicios de Internet (ISP), el sitio web u otras conexiones; disponibilidad o accesibilidad o malas comunicaciones o fallas de transmisión por computadora, satélite, teléfono o cable, fallas de líneas o fallas técnicas o transmisiones mezcladas, codificadas, retrasadas o mal dirigidas o el mal funcionamiento de hardware o software computacional, fallas o dificultades, u otros errores o dificultades de cualquier tipo, ya sea de tipo humano, mecánico, electrónico, informático, de red, tipográfico, de impresión o relacionado con el Sorteo, incluyendo, sin limitación, errores o dificultades que puedan ocurrir en relación con la administración del Sorteo, procesamiento de las participaciones, anuncio de los premios, cancelación o postergación del evento o cualquier evento, o en los materiales relacionados con el Sorteo. En caso de que cualquier evento o parte del premio no estén disponibles, se retrasen, se pospongan o se cancelen por cualquier motivo, como por ejemplo, una restricción gubernamental, una amenaza de salud pública o una circunstancia similar asociada a la pandemia de COVID-19 o a sus mutaciones o variaciones emergentes, tal parte del premio se perderá en su totalidad y no se proporcionará sustitución alguna excepto si el Patrocinador decide lo contrario. Las Partes exoneradas tampoco serán responsables de ninguna información incorrecta o inexacta, sea causada por usuarios del sitio web, manipulación, piratería informática o por cualquier equipo o programación asociado con el Sorteo o utilizado en el mismo. El Patrocinador se reserva expresamente el derecho de retrasar el anuncio del ganador del Premio mayor por cualquier motivo que el Patrocinador considere necesario. Además, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de seleccionar un ganador alternativo en caso de que el posible ganador no cumpla con estas Reglas oficiales o no firme la documentación solicitada por el Patrocinador dentro del plazo especificado. Al participar en el Sorteo, el ganador del Premio mayor reconoce que las Partes exoneradas no han obtenido y no obtendrán ni proporcionarán ningún tipo de seguro relacionado con los premios y que el ganador del Premio mayor y el invitado serán responsables de obtener y pagar cualquier tipo de seguro relacionado con el premio que el ganador del Premio mayor o el invitado consideren pertinente. 

Las Partes exoneradas no son responsables de ninguna lesión o daño a la computadora del participante o de otra persona en relación con, o como resultado de, la participación en este Sorteo o la descarga de materiales del sitio web o del uso del mismo. Las personas que manipulen o abusen de cualquier aspecto del Sorteo, del sitio web o que infrinjan estas Reglas oficiales, según lo determinado por el Patrocinador, serán descalificadas y todas las participaciones asociadas serán nulas. Si, a juicio del Patrocinador, alguna parte del Sorteo se ve afectada por virus, gusanos, errores, intervención humana no autorizada u otras causas que, según la opinión del Patrocinador, corrompan o perjudiquen la administración, seguridad, imparcialidad o desarrollo correcto, o la presentación de participaciones, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su absoluta discreción, de suspender, modificar o terminar el Sorteo y, de terminarlo, a su discreción, seleccionará al posible ganador entre todas las participaciones elegibles no sospechosas recibidas antes de tomar la medida, o según sea considerado justo y apropiado por el Patrocinador. Al participar, los participantes aceptan que las Partes exoneradas no tendrán responsabilidad alguna por lesiones, pérdidas o daños de cualquier tipo, incluido fallecimiento, a personas o bienes que tengan como consecuencia, de forma total o parcial, directa o indirectamente, de la aceptación, posesión, uso indebido o uso de cualquier premio (incluida cualquier viaje o actividad relacionados con el mismo) o la participación en este Sorteo. PRECAUCIÓN: CUALQUIER INTENTO DE DAÑAR DELIBERADAMENTE EL SITIO WEB O MENOSCABAR EL FUNCIONAMIENTO LEGÍTIMO DEL SORTEO PODRÍA CONSTITUIR UNA CONTRAVENCIÓN DE LAS LEYES CIVILES Y PENALES Y, EN CASO DE QUE SE PRODUJERA DICHO INTENTO, EL PATROCINADOR DESCALIFICARÁ A DICHA PERSONA Y SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE BUSCAR REPARACIONES POR PARTE DE DICHA PERSONA EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA QUE PERMITA LA LEY. 

En el caso de término del Sorteo, se publicará un aviso en el Sitio web y, a discreción del Patrocinador, se podrán otorgar premios al o a los ganadores que se seleccionarán en un sorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles aplicables no corrompidas recibidas antes de dicho acontecimiento. 

Aviso de incentivo financiero: Este sorteo puede considerarse un incentivo financiero según las leyes de privacidad del estado. Por ejemplo, usted puede participar en el sorteo cuando nos proporciona cierta información personal, incluida su información de contacto y sus respuestas a la encuesta. La información personal proporcionada se recopilará, utilizará y divulgará de acuerdo con el Aviso de privacidad de Cricket. Al registrarse y participar en la encuesta, usted acepta recibir potencialmente el incentivo financiero. Puede optar por no recibir el incentivo financiero en cualquier momento cancelando su participación en el Sorteo o no proporcionando su información personal. Arbitraje: Excepto donde esté prohibido por la ley, como condición para participar en este Sorteo, cada participante acepta que (1) todas y cada una de las controversias, reclamaciones y causas de acción que surjan o estén conectadas de algún modo con el Sorteo, o cualquier premio entregado, serán resueltas individualmente, sin recurrir a ningún tipo de demanda colectiva, y exclusivamente mediante arbitraje final y vinculante de conformidad con las normas de la Asociación Estadounidense de Arbitraje (AAA, por sus siglas en inglés) en la oficina regional de la AAA más cercana al participante; (2) la Ley Federal de Arbitraje regirá la interpretación, aplicación y todas las actuaciones en dicho arbitraje; y (3) el juicio sobre el laudo arbitral podrá registrarse en cualquier tribunal con jurisdicción. En ningún caso se permitirá al participante obtener premios por, y por la presente el participante renuncia a todo derecho a reclamar daños punitivos, incidentales o consecuentes, o cualquier otro daño, incluidos honorarios de abogados, que no sean los gastos reales del participante hechos de su propio bolsillo (es decir, costos asociados con la participación en este Sorteo). Asimismo, el participante renuncia a todo derecho a que los daños se multipliquen o aumenten.

Idioma: El Patrocinador, a su sola discreción, puede reproducir estas Reglas oficiales en varios idiomas. La versión en inglés de estas Reglas oficiales prevalecerá y regirá el Sorteo en todos los aspectos.
