BY LAW. PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY. AS EXPLAINED BELOW, THE RULES REQUIRE THAT DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES BE RESOLVED IN
ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY CLASS ACTIONS OR JURY TRIALS, AND LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.
Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the 2025 Tax Season Sweepstakes presented by Cricket Wireless (“Sweepstakes”) beginning
9:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 14, 2025 through 11:59PM ET on April 3, 2025 (“Sweepstakes
Period”). All Interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final. The Administrator’s
computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least the
age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC
(“Sponsor”), You Are Here, LLC (“Administrator”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries,
distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of
this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their
respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where
prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor
and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules; (c) represent and warrant that he or she meets all the eligibility
criteria set forth in these Official Rules; (d) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (e)
agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees
from and against any and all claims, injury or damages arising out of or relating to participation in Sweepstakes and/or the use, misuse or redemption of
the prizes (described below), and for any claim including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement,
trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit
www.CricketSweepstakes.com/FUN (the “Website”) and follow the instructions
provided to complete the online entry form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. You may complete the online entry form once per day throughout the
Sweepstakes Period and earn one (1) entry each time you complete the online entry form. Online entries must be received by 11:59PM ET on
April 3, 2025 in order to enter. If you submit your entry via your wireless phone, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless-service
provider regarding its message and data pricing plans.
All information submitted by entrants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the
Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree that they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and agree that Sponsor may collect and use their
personal information in compliance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is accessible at
https://www.cricketwireless.com/privacy.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day. Entrants may only use one email address to enter the Sweepstakes. Entries received from any person or
email address in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses,
identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, as determined within Sponsor’s sole discretion. If you use fraudulent methods
or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor has the right,
in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, macros
or scripts or other technical means for entering. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account,
the authorized subscriber of the e- mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized
email account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e- mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or
other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: A total of Sixty-Five (65) Prize winners will be selected by Administrator in random drawings
throughout the Sweepstakes Period, on a weekly basis, from all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The specific number
of Prize winners selected each week shall be determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of the
total eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Notification: A potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail and will be required to confirm his/her name, address and
phone number or email address, as the case may be, within forty-eight (48) hours from when the phone call is made or email is sent, as the case may be. If a
potential winner does not confirm his/her contact information as requested within the forty-eight (48) hour time period, then time permitting in
Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. If a
potential winner cannot be reached directly within forty-eight (48) hours from when the phone call is made or email is sent and/or does not meet the
eligibility requirements, the potential winner will be disqualified and, time permitting in Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner
may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. The potential winner will be required to execute and return an
affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not
returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a
potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential
winner may be selected for the applicable prize from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (65): There will be sixty-five (65) total Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each of the Winner(s) selected will receive one (1) of
the following Prizes (each a “Prize”):
- - Twenty-Five (25) Bluetooth speakers, with an ARV of $20 per speaker;
- - Ten (10) battery-powered doorbells, with an ARV of $60 per doorbell;
- - Ten(10) headphones, with an ARV of $130 per set of headphones;
- - Five (5) WWE Undisputed Championship Belts, with an ARV of $275 per belt;
- - Five (5) video game consoles, with an ARV of $280 per console;
- - Five (5) 5g mobile devices (specific devices TBD by Administrator), with an ARV of $229.99 per mobile device; and,
- - Five (5) checks for $1,000.00.
The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prizes: $11,324.95. Any difference between stated value and actual value will
not be awarded.
Prize Conditions: All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded shall be the sole
responsibility of the winner, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any additional wireless service not expressly provided as
part of the prize, and any additional transportation costs, luggage fees, hotel incidentals, meals, souvenirs and gratuities incurred by a Prize winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes:
$11,324.95. The dates for fulfillment of the prizes are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right
to modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these
Official Rules.
PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY
WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Prizes pictured in online, television, print advertising, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only.
Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prizes, including all travel arrangements, will be made by Administrator and/or Sponsor.
Taxes: Each Prize winner must supply Sponsor with a complete and valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the Prize. The value of a prize is
taxable to the Prize winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Prize winner for the actual value of the prize awarded if the
aggregate value of the prize awarded to and other compensation received by the winner from Sponsor is $600 or greater for the calendar year. All federal,
state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specifically provided for in these Official
Rules are solely each winner’s responsibility.
Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Prize winner (i) by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited,
grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information
for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity,
without notice or review or approval and (ii) grants the right to Sponsor, and its representatives, affiliates, licensees and assigns, to record, film,
videotape and photograph the Prize winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the
right to use, re-use, reproduce, publish, display, exhibit, distribute, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied
therein, including any names, likenesses, address, voice, conversation, biographical and prize information and any other attributes of the Prize winner,
individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the
purpose of trade, advertising, publicity, promotion, or a Sweepstakes winner list or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the
world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official
Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If the Prize winner is found to be in
violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize(s). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or delayed entries, or prize claims; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network,
server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite,
telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software
malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical,
printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection
with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes event, the
cancellation or postponement of any event, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event any event or portion of the prize is unavailable, delayed,
postponed or cancelled for any reason, including, but not limited to, any government restriction, public health threat, or similar circumstance associated
with the COVID-19 pandemic or its mutations or emerging variations, such portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be
provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused
by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor expressly reserves the right
to delay the announcement of the Prize winner for any reason Sponsor deems necessary. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner
in the event that the potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules or fails to execute any documentation requested by Sponsor within the time
frame specified. By participating in Sweepstakes, the Prize winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have not and will not obtain or provide insurance
of any kind relating to the prizes and that the Prize winner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any form of insurance relating to the prize
that the Prize winner deems appropriate.
Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in
this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Website or who are
in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of
the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole
opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its
sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible,
non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Released
Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any
kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any
prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY
ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In the event of a termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on the Website and, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize(s) may be awarded to
winner(s) to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted applicable eligible entries received prior to any such event.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all
disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a
participant in any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the
AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such
arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted
to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including
attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant
further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Notice of Financial Incentive: This Sweepstakes may be considered a financial incentive under state privacy laws. For example, you may be
entered into the Sweepstakes when you provide certain personal information to us, including your contact information and your survey responses. The personal
information provided will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Cricket Privacy Notice. By registering for and participating in the
survey, you are opting in to potentially receiving the financial incentive. You may opt-out of the financial incentive at any time by cancelling your
participation in the Sweepstakes or not providing your personal information. The financial incentive related to submission and use of personal information
is based upon our reasonable good faith estimate of the value of such information, which takes into consideration various factors such as anticipated
revenue generated, anticipated expenses incurred for the collection, storage, and use of such information, and other relevant factors related to the
estimated value of such personal information to our business.
Choice Of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules,
or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Request For Official Rules and Winner’s Names: All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of the winner (first
name and state only) must be made by June 30, 2025. For the name of the winner and/or Official Rules: (i) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: You Are
Here, LLC, Attention: 2025 Tax Season Sweepstakes presented by Cricket Wireless, 150 Interstate North Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339; and (ii) write, as
applicable, “Winner List” or “Official Rules” on the lower left hand corner of the envelope.
Language: Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may reproduce these Official Rules in multiple languages. The English version of these Official
Rules shall prevail and govern the Sweepstakes in all matters whatsoever.
